Engagement Sessions & Bridal Sessions
Robertson Photography Studios offers engagement sessions as well as bridal sessions in addition to wedding packages. All of our wedding packages include engagement sessions, but this is also available separately if your wedding photographer does not offer it.

Remember, there’s no cost or obligation to just talk on the phone or schedule a chat. Also, you don’t have to book a wedding package with us to book an engagement or bridal session.
Our engagement sessions can be done anytime. We offer a lot of variety in our engagement sessions, which can be in studio or having fun on location and can occur during the day or early evening.

Engagement sessions are very important for a lot of reasons – not only do they provide nice photos that can be shared at the wedding reception or on “Save-the-date” cards, but even more important is that it allows the couple and the photographer to get to know each other. This leads to capturing exceptional photos on your wedding day as you are no longer uncomfortable with a stranger around.

Bridal Session

This session allows the Bride to perform a lovely “dress-rehersal”, where she can have the fun experience of being a glamourous model without the stress and hassle associated with the wedding day.
This also allows her to have a trial run with her hair and makeup artist and test out any accessories that she might have. She may even bring her best friend to share in the experience.
The images from this studio session can be used as gifts, save-the-date cards, or included in your wedding album. It also makes a great slideshow at the reception.
“Wedding Revisited” Session
This session is best about 1 year after the actual wedding ceremony. It provides a chance to re-enact the story of how the two of you fell in love. Maybe something went wrong on your wedding day and you would like a re-do? Renew your vows in a private ceremony or have a festive event with family and friends. Even re-create parts of your wedding that didn’t go according to plan. For example, it rained on the day you were hoping to have a beach wedding and had to have it inside.

Boudoir Session
This “For his eyes only” session is a great gift from the bride to the groom. A sexy studio session can include anything from lingerie to dress shirts and neck ties to something that represents the groom’s profession or passion such as sports. The options are only limited by your imagination. And don’t forget that the session is a great time to forget about your wedding planning for a couple of hours and just have fun! We can even refer you to a good massage therapist after the session to complete your pampering.
